Overview:
This tailored workshop on in vitro-in vivo extrapolation of metabolism, transport, and biopharmaceutics included hands-on exercises using the industry standard Simcyp Population-based Simulator for PBPK modeling, formulation development, and DDI predictions. This workshop was intended for scientists working in discovery DMPK, metabolism, transporters, DDI, and formulation development areas of research.

Course Content:
The format was online (WebEx) with the workshops based on lecture materials that were made available to participants via a virtual learning environment (LearnUpon) to study in preparation for the workshops. Participants were encouraged to raise questions from their experience for discussion as part of the workshops.
