About the speaker
Dr Stephan Schaller is the CEO of ESQlabs, a German-based consultancy specializing in physiologically-based pharmacokinetic (PBPK) and quantitative systems pharmacology (QSP) modeling. A leading figure in the development and application of the Open Systems Pharmacology (OSP) platform, Dr Schaller has led numerous training workshops across the globe and actively contributes to making PBPK and QSP modelling more transparent, reproducible, and accessible.
About the workshop
This 1.5-day hands-on training will introduce key PBPK modelling principles using PK-Sim, followed by advanced model management using MoBi’s new modularization features in OSP Suite V12.
Participants will gain practical experience in:
- Building and simulating PBPK models for small and large molecules
- Adapting models for paediatric and geriatric populations
- Using modular components to streamline and extend PBPK-QSP workflows
