About the speaker
Aida Kawuma, PhD is a founding member of the Ugandan Chapter of Pharmacometrics Africa. She is passionate about improving the contributions of African scientists in pharmacology and pharmacometrics. She is a scientist at Pumas-AI with expertise in population PK/PD modelling and model-informed drug development across a diverse range of molecules and disease areas. She is also a member of the MILK Centre modelling group at the Infectious Diseases Institute, Makerere University.
